It is sometimes said that "the law is derived from the facts." In my long life as a judge, I learned that facts are more important than anything else to derive a better legal solution.
Needless to say, it is important to have a high level of legal knowledge in order to be a trusted lawyer.
More than that, I think it is important to listen to everyone's stories and grasp the truth of the case accurately in order to protect your interests.
To become a lawyer trusted by everyone, I would like to return to my original intentions, work hard on my daily studies, and work on my daily work with the aim of better legal resolution in line with the actual situation of the case.
