The legal issue is a real issue between the client and the other party, so it should not be a theoretical theory.
In addition, conflicts and their sources are living things, and they change from moment to moment depending on the consciousness of the parties concerned and the passage of time.
I think that what is important in tackling such legal issues is not only the trust in expertise but also the ability to build a relationship of trust in human nature with clients.
To that end, I keep making an effort to improve my human strength as well as studying law in order to bridge practice and theory.
